Bugoye Hydropower Project, Uganda
NORPLAN is consultant/employer's engineer for the Bugoye hydropower project, a 13 MW run-of-the-river project in Uganda.
The Bugoye HPP will provide energy to the national grid in Kasese District
and will increase the electricity supply in Uganda by approximately 7%.
The project was developed by TrønderEnergi a Norwegian power company,
and Norfund, the Norwegian development finance institution.
