The government of Abu Dhabi sees improving public services as one its strategic priorities.
Following the Database Enhancement Project, designed by NORPLAN in 2003 and
implemented under our supervision in 2007 and 2008, the Abu Dhabi Municipality
in 2009 launched a project to update the existing base map and extend its coverage to
new areas.
